- Please send your payment within 2 weeks after the registration to complete the booking.
- We accept: email transfer/debit, cheques, bank transfer, all major credit cards (via PayPal payment processing).
- For payment amount, check your Registration Details message. Use the amount you selected while completing the registration form, unless otherwise instructed.
- ‘Refer a friend’ discount is valid only if both campers register.
- As soon as we get the payment, we’ll send your confirmation and receipt (proof of payment) by e-mail.
Email transfer (e-transfer)
You may email funds through your online banking system. Please use the following instructions:
- Use the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
- List your full name in e-transfer’s message field.
- You will need to set up a password/answer. To make it easier, use your child’s first name as the answer to the security question, for example: “Rachel” or “Andy” so we can accept the funds.

Email us at email@example.com to let us know if you are planning to use this option, and we’ll send you all necessary bank details. Bank transfer is subject to $15 of bank transaction fee, so please add this amount to your payment.
Payment online by credit card/debit via PayPal
- If you choose this option, a 3% processing fee will be added to your payment. If you’d like to avoid this fee, please choose an other method of payment.
- You do not have to create a PayPal account. You can use your credit card like any other online payment.
- Choose the option from the drop down list below and click “Buy Now”. You will be taken to a secure PayPal page to complete your payment.
